Welcome to Footprints365, a Residency Compliance tool and Audit-Preparation Service.

This one-of-a-kind program was developed by Former U.S. Attorney David Nissman while advising on multiple IRS Audits in both the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Attorney Nissman found that in most cases, tax-payers in the territories were ill-prepared to provide adequate documentation to prove their residency status in the eyes of the Federal Government.

And thus, Footprints365 was born! Footprints365 is a unique service that identifies and documents all aspects of a Federal Residency. It was developed to specifically address every component involved in an Audit and – with the use of the latest technologies available – prove our client’s residency position scientifically beyond all doubt.

HOW IT WORKS

Using your phones GPS, Footprints365 tracks your movement throughout the year and creates a calendar of your residency. Along with the appropriate documentation collected annually, the Footprints365 tax experts analyze your data against the IRS Residency Requirements in each tax zone and provide you with a Residency Legal Opinion to further protect your position.
